I started Utility back in 1999 with Richard and Dick. At the start we all worked in the store and as we have grown as a business it's been my job to recruit, train & develop the exceptional team we have today. When I'm not looking after the people side of the business I also love selecting some of the amazing gifts, jewellery and cards that we sell and to ensure that they delight our customers!
