Scouseware is a range of ceramics all hand made in Burslem, Stoke on Trent. This range of mug is made in cream ceramic and uses imagery and typical scouse colloquial language and song lyrics written in black mosaic.
This mug features the words "Divvy", in black mosaic lettering, below an illustration of a ferry crossing the Mersey river.
As a Liverpool company, we are selling Scouseware in celebration of a city rich in culture, history and one where the local language has developed to include these familiar sayings and lines from Liverpool songs.
What's more, they're very funny (particularly if you live in Liverpool or with a scouser) and we also love to support British industry and the small company which still has the skills and production techniques to manufacture this great range.
